2025年WPA“浦东唐城”9球中国公开赛
会内赛参赛选手须知
比赛地点：唐镇文化体育中心（上海市浦东新区顾唐路3150号）。
比赛时间：2025年9月10—14日（周三—周日）。
指定酒店：上海张江VOCO酒店（上海市浦东新区华夏东路811号）。
一、参赛选手请于2025年9月9日（周二）13:00前参加在上海张江VOCO酒店一楼多功能厅会议室举行的全体选手会议暨抽签仪式。
二、WPA世界排名男女前8的选手请于2025年9月9日（周二）15:00参加在上海张江VOCO酒店一楼多功能厅会议室举行的媒体见面会。
三、参赛选手请于2025年9月10日（周三）19:00参加在唐镇文化体育中心举行的开幕式。
四、所有会内赛参赛选手有义务参加组委会举办的赞助商活动。未经组委会事先书面同意，会内赛选手在比赛期间（9月8日— 9月15日）不得参加非组委会举办的商业活动和其它赛事，如有违反一经查实，组委会将取消其参赛资格。
五、由组委会举办的赞助商活动、赛前技术会议、开幕式、男子32强和女子16强抽签仪式、闭幕式暨颁奖仪式均为参赛选手必须出席的赛事配套相关活动，非正当理由并未经组委会同意而缺席活动的参赛选手，中国台球协会或组委会将根据相关规定予以处罚。
六、赛会冠名赞助商标识两块由组委会统一制作，每位参赛选手必须佩戴在指定部位（左胸或右胸，手臂上为中国台球协会指定商标位），否则不准参赛。
七、每位参赛选手至多可佩戴2块商业赞助或政府标识，必须佩戴在指定部位（左胸或右胸）；尺寸不超过5厘米×8厘米，如圆形直径不超过7厘米。需在报名表上填写申报并由组委会审定规格及内容；禁止临时戴标，损害主办方和赛事赞助商的利益；如有违反经指正不改者将被取消比赛资格；左胸佩戴2块、右胸佩戴2块，非指定部位不能佩戴任何标识，否则不准参赛。
参赛选手的商业标识涉及政治导向、种族歧视、性别歧视、恐怖主义等不符合公共利益的内容，涉及博彩、色情、暴力、烟草等广告法和相关规定所明令禁止的内容，组委会将有权禁止参赛选手佩戴。
八、参赛选手比赛时必须着赛会规定服装：男子选手：上装为有领有袖POLO杉或衬衫、深色正装西裤、黑色正装皮鞋；女子选手：上身着装优雅、深色正装西裤、黑色正装皮鞋。
九、参赛选手须自行在赛前进行身体检查，并办理人身意外伤害保险。
十、参赛选手必须通过组委会接待部预订房间，入住指定上海张江VOCO酒店酒店。酒店早餐时间：6:00—10:30（一楼自助餐厅）。
房费：大床房/标间650元/晚（含双人早餐）

十一、参赛选手凭参赛证可免费乘坐酒店至赛场往返班车，发车时间请详见酒店赛事接待部公告。
十二、每位参赛运动员可在9月5日前申报并领取一张家属通行证，但家属不得进入训练区及后台区域，只能凭证进入观众席观赛。
十三、参赛选手如有行政接待方面问题，请与赛事接待处联系；如有赛事方面问题，请与竞赛部联系。
十四、报名成功视为参赛选手理解并遵守竞赛规程和参赛须知。如有未尽事宜，另行告知。
2025 WPA PUDONG TANGCHENG 9-Ball China Open
Stage 2 Players’Notice
Venue: Tangzhen Culture & Sports Center, 3150 Gutang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
Dates: September 10th -14th 2025 (Wednesday-Sunday)
Official Hotel: VOCO Shanghai ZhangJiang, 811 East Hua Xia Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai.
1. Players’ Meeting: All players must attend the players’ meeting/draw at the Multi-Function hall, 1st Floor of VOCO Shanghai ZhangJiang at 1:00 pm on September 9th, 2025.
2. Press Conference: WPA Top 8 women and men players shall attend the press conference at 3:00 pm on September 9th, 2025, at the Multi-Function hall, 1st Floor of VOCO Shanghai ZhangJiang.
3. Opening Ceremony: Players shall attend the opening ceremony at 7:00 pm on September 10th, 2025 at the venue of Tangzhen Culture & Sports Center.
4.Sponsors Protection: Stage 2 Players are obliged to attend the sponsors’ promotional events organized by the event committee. Players of stage 2 will not be allowed to appear in any other commercial activities or events during the China Open event (September 8th to 15th ) without a prior consent in writing from the event organizing committee. In the event the Player does not comply with the notice provision set out in this clause and he/she is found violating this clause, the Player will be disqualified by the event organizing committee.
5. Promotional Obligations: Players shall fully cooperate and assist in the advertising, publicity and promotion of the China Open event, including appearing at sponsors’ activities, players’ meeting, opening ceremony, draw of men’s Last 32 and women’s Last 16, closing ceremony & awards presentation, unless the Player has submitted reasonable report and been approved by the event organizing committee, otherwise the Player failed to appear may receive penalties decisions made by CBSA or the event organizing committee according to the regulations.
6. Tournament Logos: Each player shall have to wear two tournament logos on the specified positions( right chest for the left-handed and left chest for the right-handed, positions on the sleeves are reserved by the CBSA) , the tournament logos will be made and provided by the event organizing committee. In the event the Player does not comply with the notice provision set out in this clause, the Player is not allowed to play.
7.Personal Logos: Each player is entitled to wear a maximum of two (2) commercial logos or national flag/government emblem as personal logos. Players’ personal logos must be on the specific positions (left chest or right chest), with a maximum size of 5cm*8cm or max diameter of 7cm. For the purpose of this clause the Player shall fill out the entry form with the logos of personal sponsors contemplated to appear on any apparel of the Player to the event organizing committee for review and approval. Logo(s) not provided in the entry form, or not meet the measurement requirements, or logo(s) including any commercial or promotional material that may damage the interests of the hosts and tournament sponsors, the Player shall be prohibited from wearing such logo(s). The Player will be disqualified from the event if the logo(s) not approved by the event organizing committee and the Player refused to correct or make a change. Each player shall wear 2 personal logos and 2 tournament logos on the right and left chest. Logo(s) not on the stated positions will be prohibited from playing.
Players' personal logo(s) including or indicating political orientation, racial discrimination, gender discrimination, terrorism and any contents that may go against the public interests, or in relation to betting, sex, violence, tobacco, or inappropriate for exhibition, and any contents prohibited by decree in Law of Advertisement and/or relevant regulations, the event organizing committee is entitled to prohibit the player from wearing such logo(s).
8. Dress Code: Players' wear must meet the requirements of the dress code. Men players wear clean collared sleeve (long or short) polo shirt or shirt of any color, long dress pants of dark color, clean black dress shoes. Women players may wear elegant top, long dress pants of dark color, clean black dress shoes.
9. Health Status & Insurance: Player shall have to conduct a physical checkup before participation and purchase Person Accident & Injury Insurance.
10.Hotel: It is mandatory that players shall book hotel room(s) through the Event Reception and stay in the official hotel VOCO Shanghai ZhangJiang. Breakfast will be available from 06:00-10:30 am at the cafeteria 1st Floor of VOCO Shanghai ZhangJiang.

11. Shuttle Bus: Players may take the shuttle bus for free with the player accreditation pass between the hotel and the venue, bus schedule will be released by the Event Reception at the official hotel.
12. Player's Guest: Each player shall be permitted to claim one pass for his/her guest before September 5th, the guest can only enter to watch in the audience area but shall not be allowed to enter the practice rooms and the backstage area.
13. Inquires: Should the Player have any questions about the reception please approach the Event Reception, any questions about the event please approach the Tournament Office.
14. Successful entry to the China Open event shall be deemed as acceptance of the rules and regulations. Any matters not included in this Terms and Conditions of Participation shall be subject to further notice.
